On School Time

Kean Stage’s On School Time series offers educational programming for students of all ages! These matinees, designed for school groups, introduce young people to theatre and feature top-quality artists in programs that augment and reinforce the school curriculum.
Two large, realistic dinosaur puppets are on stage, engaging in a lifelike performance. The dinosaur on the left resembles a T-Rex with its mouth open, displaying sharp teeth, and a textured, rugged skin. The dinosaur on the right resembles a Triceratops with three prominent horns and a detailed, patterned hide. The background features tall, green plants, and the setting sun casts a reddish glow, enhancing the prehistoric atmosphere. The puppeteers operating the dinosaurs are partially visible, blending into the performance to create an immersive experience.
A man is shown in profile against a vibrant blue background. He has dark skin and wears multiple silver hoop earrings in his left ear. His face is adorned with intricate white face paint that forms geometric patterns, including a prominent zigzag design. He has long, braided hair. Around his neck, he wears a large, coiled metal neck ring, reminiscent of traditional African adornments. His expression is calm and focused, highlighting the artistic and cultural elements of his appearance.
